Founded in 1998, SAITEC is a Tuscan company, located closed to Florence, working in IT and electronic business for applications in high tech industries, with core competences covering several markets from the Aerospace to Railways . Core business, know-how and main expertise concern engineering and manufacturing of electronic systems, software development.
At the very beginning, the company started its activity focusing on development and manufacturing of electronic systems for Avionic, Aerospace and Defense, specifically on engineering and production of EGSE taking part to International Space Missions thanks to strategic partnerships and collaborations; the challenging characteristics of such a field and customers, Saitec has been extending the activity, being present in other mission/safety critical markets and, more in general, in other industries defined by technological complexity, innovation, strictly demanding requirements and needs to meet with customized, integrated, innovative and user-friendly hardware and software products.

We are in Aerospace & Defense market as Ground Segment supplier, working as a Tier3 company , delivering ground equipment for AIVT - Assembly, Integration, Validation and Test. We are highly specialized in Ground Support Equipments (GSE, EGSE, OGSE) and Test Benchs (TB), avionic and aerospace electronic systems, electronic boards and software.

Railways software
| The activity for Railway area includes software development for train-onboard systems , train-station-communication center, and safety systems. Saitec activity is extended also to other Industries, designing and developing complex systems, typically characterized by highly customized solutions on specific customer requirements on the hardware, firmware and software side, stand alone or integrated into systems owned by the customer . |

Nowadays Saitec is also Leonardo Company certified supplier for Electronic Systems for Aerospace & Defense application. Thanks to the collaboration with the major italian Aerospace players and its effort in R&D activities, Saitec has been working part into some of the most important national and international projects , taking parts into the main Space Programs by different Agencies, such as ESA e ASI.
